Commercial Ground's Maintenance

We service commercial properties all over Houston and most all the surrounding areas.  Commercial ground's maintenance includes mowing with the appropriate sized mower for the property, edging with a steel blade edger, weed eating, cleaning flower and shrub beds of weeds and turning the soil, and blowing the property and the parking lot.  Trees are trimmed up to 10' tall and shrubs are trimmed on a weekly basis.   

Our crew chief speaks English and the crew are in safety yellow shirts with the Clear Cut logo on them.  Our trucks are clearly marked with the Clear Cut logo and our equipment is clean and in good repair.  Our crew has been trained to service the property in a professional manner.

The office works closely with the maintenance crew and the property manager of the property.  Pictures are taken on a regular basis and sent to the property manager to show any issues or problems that we need to bring to their attention.  Our property manager meets the property's manager as often as requested to talk about improvements, suggestions, or repairs.  Emails and calls are always answered promptly and we stay on top of any improvements that are needed or requested.
